At Teeccino, we want you to love every sip of our herbal coffee and tea blends, but we understand that tastes vary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused portion of your Teeccino products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
